We know your furniture is valuable to you, so we take care to shrink-wrap all pieces and wrap them in moving blankets so that all doors, drawers, corners, and surfaces are protected from moving damage. We take large items apart and put them back together in your new home to save you time, and we even set up your bed so that you can get some rest after the anxiety of the big moving day. As if that weren’t enough, we will also make sure your refrigerator, washer, and dryer are hooked up in your new home, so that you are set up and ready to go without hiring someone else to do the job.
Apartment Moving
Even when you live in an apartment, moving can be a chore, and we can help take some of the stress away. Many apartment dwellers live on the upper floors, which pose unique moving obstacles like staircases and sharp corners. Pod, U-Haul Load Unload
If you have had to place some of your items in a Pod, Packrat, or U-Haul before a move, Hero Moving can take care of the rest. When we load or unload these temporary storage places for you, we use the same quality care and tools that we would in a typical move. We can also provide you with the moving blankets and packing boxes you need to keep your items safe. If you need to move your pod after packing, we’ll get you from here to there—no matter how close or far you need to go.
Senior Relocating
One of the most delicate situations we handle at Hero Moving is helping our local seniors move into Leander’s senior communities. We have also built a reputation with these respected establishments, and they know that we help older citizens move without any more stress and anxiety than they are already experiencing. We understand that it is tough for senior citizens to downsize and sell their homes, and moving only adds to an already unpleasant experience. It isn’t easy to move from one facility to another either, so we treat all our senior clients, as well as their families, with the same respect we would give our relatives.
Packing Services
Time is of the essence, especially when you are moving. Unfortunately, many people find that they don’t have time to get their belongings packed and ready for the move. Sometimes they encounter circumstances that they didn’t expect, and some others just can’t fit packing into their schedule. If you need some help, you will be glad to know that Hero Moving offers total packing services. We carefully wrap, box, and label all your valued possessions so that you can rest easy.
